I’d say not at all, sadly(?) ^^
For closer info about 4koma, I’d reccommend this short article on Wiki: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Yonkoma and checking out some of the mentioned examples. Azumanga Daioh and Lucky Star are probably the most known examples at the moment.
